Here are a few links and ideas for PE to the the children fit and healthy:
Practise football skills- dribbling, passing and shooting
Practise tennis – balancing ball on racket, races with ball on racket, bouncing the ball and hitting it, how many bounces can you do on your racket, serving, rallies with a partner
Skipping, skipping games, single forward, backwards, crossed arms, in pairs.
Set up a circuit in the garden- children to decide what to do at each station, could write on the floor with chalk.
