This half term our Christian Value is FRIENDSHIP and our Skill for Life is COLLABORATION.

We are a happy, family school with strong Christian values. We all work together to promote a love of learning where children succeed and reach their full potential. We hope you enjoy your visit.Hanley Swan Primary School is part of the Hanley and Upton Educational Trust

The BBC Bitesize lesson helps you understand how speech is important for newspaper reports. However, stories also need dialogue.

Mr Smith will remind you about where to put the inverted commas (join in with the dance as well, if you like!). The second video clip has animated inverted commas. Test your knowledge in the quiz and then practise using speech punctuation on the Twinkl worksheet. (Sorry the Tes 'A Dream Shared By All' link doesn't seem to work.)
